San Antonio foodies know that the city is loaded with undiscovered gems and local gourmet eateries.
You just have to know where to look.
Luckily, Culinaria Restaurant Week makes it easy to discover your new favorite spot. The biannual event supports over 45 local restaurants offering three-course meals at a fixed price. This year, the Restaurant Week winter edition spans the whole month of January to support local restaurants in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We’ve picked out a few favorites to start your San Antonio Restaurant Week with a burst of flavor.
1. Eddie V’s Prime Seafood
You don’t have to go to the coast to find exquisite seafood in Texas. In the land of beer and tacos, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood shines with a delectable seafood menu and swanky atmosphere. The Restaurant Week dinner menu features three courses beginning with a pre-starter, an appetizer, main entree, and dessert. Choose from crispy salt and pepper shrimp, lobster bisque, or salad to start before taking your pick of one of four main course choices, including North Atlantic salmon and center-cut filet mignon. Eddie V’s is located at 1834 N Loop 1604 W.
2. J Prime Steakhouse
J Prime Steakhouse sits among the ranks of San Antonio’s best steakhouses, and during Restaurant Week you can enjoy a three-course menu for only $45. Start your first course with your choice of salad or lobster bisque, and take your pick of tender filet mignon, New York strip, grilled salmon, or scallops for the main event. End with a little something sweet with your choice of dessert, including key lime pie, cheesecake, and chocolate mousse cake. J Prime Steakhouse is located at 1401 N Loop 1604 W.
